We offer professional automotive detailing services, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior washing, waxing, paint correction, and other cosmetic car care. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle condition.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Services must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or approved booking platform.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a 100% charge of the service fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Quotes: All prices are based on the size and condition of the vehicle and are subject to change after vehicle inspection.

  • Additional Charges: Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., pet hair, stains, heavy debris) may incur additional fees.

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Cash, Debit, Credit Card, Cheque, or E-Transfer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service.

  • We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

  • Ensure that your vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location for mobile services.

  • Provide access to water and power source.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We take care to protect your vehicle, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or electrical issues unrelated to the detailing process.

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any known issues prior to service.

7. Weather Conditions (For Mobile Services)

If weather conditions prevent safe or effective detailing, your appointment may be rescheduled. We will notify you as early as possible.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or use it for any unlawful purposes. All content is the property of Iron Horse Auto Care and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
